Group Bookings

 

Receive a 10% discount when booking two or more massages per person for a group of four or more people.

Spa Etiquette

•Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to avoid delays.

•Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time while the full fee will still apply.

•Complimentary non-alcoholic refreshments are limited to one per client receiving a massage.

•Clients under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

•Please ensure mobile devices are switched off or on silent.

•No pets or outside beverages are allowed.

•All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Liability

 

Clients are responsible for their own valuables. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injuries sustained on the premises.

Deposits & Cancellations

•Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

•A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings.

•No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.

•A 10% administration fee will be deducted from any approved refunds.

•Refunds may be issued in the form of a voucher.
